Beautiful World DVD Release ANNOUNCED

Of course, we’ve been waiting for this one ^_^

Based from what I’ve read Arashi’s Beautiful World Live Tour DVD will be out on May 23rd. The DVD is from their Kokuritsu concert that happened on September 3rd. DVD will be available in RE and LE.

JPop Fest: The Grand Event! [UPDATED]

I'm lazy to do a proper post so I'll post this draft here and fix everything later :D 

And so, my throat (and wallet) survived the first ever Philippines JPop Fest and I actually had fun. It’s great to see fellow Arashians and JPop enthusiasts in the event. What’s more amazing is to see them actually perform on stage.

Various local JPop Fans Club (FC as we call them) did a short introduction and presentation of their clubs. I wasn’t able to get pics or videos of it since I arrived late. There are more than 10 clubs and all are accepting members to join.

I never thought the “Band Battle Royale” would last THAT long… Most fans are eager to start the JPop Dance competition. Out of the band performances, my favorite would be NEXT’s cover of SMAP’s “Kimi iro Omoi” (Akazukin Cha-cha). I miss that song! I was enjoying a lot that I forgot to take a vid of the first part. Lolz!

NazoDi SP Preview

I’ve been in love with the series ever since I first saw it. The storyline’s awesome and I find Sho-chan’s acting quite interesting in this drama (together with TQZ2).

Finally!!!! A Kiss!!! I miss Kageyama and his “ojou-sama”  a lot! Most of all, I miss Kageyama’s “respectful” put-down artist behavior when dealing with Keiko Kitagawa ♥♥♥

Philippines’ First JPop Event

And it’s finally here! Philippines’ first grand event for JPop Enthusiasts!

 

When: March 11, 2012 / 10AM-9PM Where: SM Megatrade Hall 1 Fee: PhP175

 

“J-Pop Fest: The Grand Event” is organized by JAPANICE PRODUCTION in cooperation with KFEST MANILA EVENTS MANAGEMENT. The event is also made possible by partnership with SM MEGATRADE and co-presented by ODYSSEY MUSIC & VIDEO, PHILIPPINES. The event aims to gather JPop enthusiasts nationwide for one whole day of flailing, fun, idols and music.

 

Dance contests, band competition, ramen eating contest, trivia games will run freely all throughout the event. Various official JPop items and merchandise will also be sold at the said event so if you’re an avid fan like me (I’m a rabid Arashi fan), I hope you saved up for the event. Familiar with “Wenidokane” and “Red Monster Shop”? They’re all there.

 

Local fan clubs will be representing JPop idol groups as they participate in the event. With them around, attendees will sure learn more of their group and idols. So, are you a JPop fan? Go to the event and find people who shares the same interests as you!

 

Now for my personal choices… GO ARASHI AND KISSUMAI!!!!! WOOOOOOT!!!!!

Arashi on Hey3x: Wild at Heart + Sho’s birthday surprise (Beautiful World Concert)

The one we’ve been dying to see is finally aired on Hey3x! T.A.B.O.O with Jun, Aiba, Nino and Ohno PAWNED!!!

And…

Did Aiba wore his skirt on backwards or something? Lolz!!!

Wild at Heart

And it’s rampant online in various Arashi and JPop community! Arashi’s new single “Wild At Heart” is up and most fangirls have shared their PV, mp3s and even booklet scans. I really missed Arashi to the point that I’m super excited to see their performance in Music Station (I’m sure they’ll perform there soon!)

Aside from the carrying single “Wild at Heart (ワイルドアットハート)”, the singles consisted of 7 more tracks:

Here’s a preview/short version of what the actual PV. They all look good and… Is it just me or they all look YOUNGER?! Who’s ever thought that their oldest is 31 years old and their youngest is turning 29 this year?

Arashi–Wild at Heart (Short version)

The PV reminds me of a certain K8 song (sorry but I really can’t remember what song) and “Hadashi no Mirai” (maybe because of the mike stands?). It’s upbeat, it’s retro, it’s hip and Arashi can invade my suitcase anytime! The full PV is more fun to watch with Arashi trying to fit inside something which is supposed to be a suitcase. Add the “easy and yet cute” retro dance number.
